Astryd is an ACE certified Personal Trainer, a certified Spinning™ Instructor, and an AFAA certified group exercise instructor. She is currently studying to be an Exercise Coach with the Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology (C.H.E.K.) Institute. Astryd is passionate about dance, cycling and holistic fitness. She has worked in health clubs in Egypt, the United Arab Emirates and the USA. As a professional Oriental dancer with a background in organic farming and natural health (certified Herbal Health consultant from Oregon School of Herbal Studies), she came into the fitness field naturally as a means to cross-train for everday health. She leads group classes as well as offering fitness training in her home studio with TRX suspension training, weights, stability ball, and more. Email her for more information.

SPINNING: With certifications from both Spinning™ (MadDogg Athletics) and the 24-hour Fitness™ Indoor Cycling Program, Astryd draws on her passion for cycling to create a power-packed hour of extreme cardio work to driving music. The rides are ever-changing, and the challenge both rewarding and fun!
TRX Classes: TRX Training is a revolutionary strength building system utilizing suspension and body weight. All core, all the time. A fabulously toning workout that's both engaging and functional.
